Procedure
This mouse IgG1 kappa antibody is purified using Protein A chromatography. It isproduced from tissue culture media obtained at our facility in The United States. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.
Preparation and Storage
Antibody should be stored between 2-8 degree C for up to 14 days. For long-term storage, aliquot and store between -20 degree C and -80 degree C. Multiple freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended.
