Rabbit anti-HIF2-alpha Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody [BL-95-1A2]
IP: 20 ul/mg lysate
IHC: 1:200-1:1000. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 for 20 minutes using a pressure cooker is recommended for FFPE tissue sections. Overnight incubations are suggested.
ICC: 1:200-1:1000. Formaldehyde fixation is recommended. Permeabilization with Triton-X 100 is recommended for formaldehyde-fixed cells.
ICC-IF: 1:100-1:500. Formaldehyde fixation is recommended. Permeabilization with Triton-X 100 is recommended for formaldehyde-fixed cells.
ChIP-Seq: A previous lot has qualified for ChIP-Seq. 10-40 ul per 30 ug chromatin.

IP (Immunoprecipitation)
(Detection of human HIF2-alpha by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Hep-G2 cells with 200 uM CoCl2 (+) or mock treated (-). Antibodies: Rabbit anti-HIF2-alpha recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-95-1A2] (AAA23785 lot 3) used for IP at 20 ul/mg lysate. HIF2-alpha was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (AAA23785 lot 2). For blotting immunoprecipitated HIF2-alpha, AAA23785 was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.)
