Related Product Information for anti-Hsp70 antibody
Hsp70 is a human heat shock protein. Hsp70 is an important part of the cell's machinery for protein folding, and help to protect cells from stress. In most species, there are many proteins that belong to the hsp70 family. Some of these are only expressed under stress conditions, while some are present in cells under normal growth conditions and are not heat-inducible. Hsp70 can be found in different cellular compartments (nuclear, cytosolic, mitochondrial, endoplasmic reticulum, etc...), and the chaperone function of hsp70 is required for protection against stress-induced apoptosis.

Product Notes

The Hsp70 hspa1a (Catalog #AAA47997) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Hsp70 antibody reacts with Human, and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Hsp70 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IF (Immunofluorescence), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Hsp70 hspa1a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Hsp70, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
