Cross-Reactivity
Mouse, Rat. The sequence used for immunogen has 92% sequence homology with mouse and rat. The MBS5316034 Agrin antibody was tested by western blot in mouse and rat lung lysates. A band was seen at approximately 110kDa (Agrin C-terminal 110 kDa subunit) in each lysate.
