Procedure
Rabbits were immunized with Glutathione-S-transferase (GST) from Schistosoma japonicum. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using GST immobilized on a solid support and conjugated with FITC.
