Related Product Information for anti-ITGA5 antibody
The product of this gene belongs to the integrin alpha
chain family. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane
proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. This gene
encodes the integrin alpha 5 chain. Alpha chain 5 undergoes
post-translational cleavage in the extracellular domain to yield
disulfide-linked light and heavy chains that join with beta 1 to
form a fibronectin receptor. In addition to adhesion, integrins are
known to participate in cell-surface mediated signalling. [provided

Product Notes

The ITGA5 itga5 (Catalog #AAA287509) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 575-602. The ITGA5 Antibody (Center) reacts with Human (Predicted Reactivity: Mouse) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ITGA5 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), ELISA, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ITGA5 itga5 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ITGA5, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
