Reconstitution
Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
Preparation and Storage
Store at -20 degree C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4 degree C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen store at -20 degree C for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

NDRG1 is expressed in the cytoplasm and basolateral membranes of gut lumen surface epithelial cells. The protein appears to play a vital role in growth arrest and cell differentiation.
