Related Product Information for anti-NDUFB7 antibody
NDUFB7 (NADH: Ubiquinone Oxidoreductase Subunit B7) is a Protein Coding gene. The NDUFB7 gene, located on 19p13.12, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, and rat, etc. NDUFB7 belongs to the complex I NDUFB7 subunit family. The protein encoded by this gene is a subunit of the multisubunit NADH: ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I). Mammalian complex I is composed of 45 different subunits. It is located at the mitochondrial inner membrane. This protein has NADH dehydrogenase activity and oxidoreductase activity. It transfers electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone. Diseases associated with NDUFB7 include Codas Syndrome and Mitochondrial Dna Depletion Syndrome 9. Among its related pathways are GABAergic synapse and Respiratory electron transport, ATP synthesis by chemiosmotic coupling, and heat production by uncoupling proteins.

Product Notes

The NDUFB7 (Catalog #AAA256575) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-NDUFB7 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human, Cynomolgus and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NDUFB7 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IP (Immunoprecipitation), IF (Immunofluorescence), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NDUFB7 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NDUFB7, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
