Related Product Information for anti-PSMD5 antibody
PSMD5 (Proteasome 26S Subunit, Non-ATPase 5) is a Protein Coding gene. The PSMD5 gene, located on 9q33.2, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, fruit fly, mosquito, and frog. This gene encodes a non-ATPase subunit of the 19S regulator base that functions as a chaperone protein during 26S proteasome assembly. PSMD5 is widely expressed in the urinary bladder, adrenal, and other tissues. Diseases associated with PSMD5 include Localized Pulmonary Fibrosis and Kaufman Oculocerebrofacial Syndrome. The related pathways of PSMD5 are Regulation of activated PAK-2p34 by proteasome-mediated degradation and Antigen processing-Cross presentation. 242 organisms have orthologs with the human gene PSMD5.

Product Notes

The PSMD5 (Catalog #AAA256008) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-PSMD5 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's PSMD5 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IP (Immunoprecipitation), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PSMD5 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "PSMD5, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
