TAB2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TAB2 antibody which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated TAB2, AAA212001 was used at 1.0 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure time of 30 second.)
