Epitope retrieval with citrate Buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE cell sections. FC/FACS: Fixed in 4% formaldehyde and permeabilized with 90% methanol. 0.5 ul per 1 x 10^6 cells. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the UCHL1 uchl1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
