The kit contains reagents sufficient for 500 tests.
There are three separate bottles:
Bottle A1: HRP Rabbit/Mouse 25 ml solution containing secondary antibody conjugated with HRP, recognizing specifically rabbit and/or mouse IgG. Presented in buffered solution containing stabilizing protein and preservative
Bottle A2: Antibody diluent 25mL for dilution the secondary antibody. It is designed in order to optimize the antibody performance, stabilization and reduce the possible nonspecific background staining..
Bottle B: Substrate Buffer 50mL- buffered solution (ready to use) containing hydrogen peroxide and preservative.
Bottle C: 2.5 ml - containing DAB+ Chromogen solution
All reagents (A1, A2, B, C) are stable for 12 months when stored at 2-8°C in the dark.

Application Protocol
After incubating the section with primary antibody and appropiate washing procedure, carry out the following steps:
1.- Apply the secondary antibody working solution to the section for 25-30 minutes.
Secondary antibody working solution preparation:
Always prepare fresh working solution before application.
Mix HRP Rabbit/Mouse (Bottle A1) and Antibody diluent (Bottle A2) in a ratio 1:1 (e.g 100 uL of HRP Rabbit/ Mouse and 100 uL of Antibody diluent).
2.- Apply the substrate working solution to the section for 3 minutes.

Mix the Substrate Buffer (Bottle B) and 20 ul of DAB Chromogen solution (Bottle C). Mix throughly. The working solution should be prepared freshly at the day of use and is stable for up to 6 hours.
