Related Product Information for HIF1a recombinant protein
Hypoxia-inducible factor-1 (HIF-1), identified as one of the transcription factors, has been found to play an essential role in oxygen homeostasis. HIF-1 is a heterodimer composed of HIF-1 beta subunit and one of three subunits (Hif-1 alpha, Hif-2 alpha or Hif-3 alpha). The activation of Hif-1 alpha is closely associated with a variety of tumors and oncogenic pathways. Hif-1 alpha consists of DNA binding domain (DBD domain), dimerization domain and C-terminal regulatory domains, including two transactivation domains (TAD), an oxygen-dependent degradation (ODD) domain, and inhibitory domains. Recombinant human Hif-1 alpha (1-85) protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E Coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.

Product Notes
The HIF1a hif1a (Catalog #AAA48604) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The tag for this protein is His-tag. AAA Biotech's HIF1a can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, SDS-PAGE. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HIF1a hif1a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MEGAGGANDK KKISSERRKE KSRDAARSRR SKESEVFYEL AHQLPLPHNV SSHLDKASVM RLTISYLRVR KLLDAGDLDI EDDMK. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "HIF1a, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
