anti-Human Cytokeratin 20 Antibody | anti-KRT20 antibody
Anti-Cytokeratin 20 [10F6B12A9]
WB (Western Blot)
(Western blot using anti-Cytokeratin 20 antibody 10F6B12A9 . Caco-2 (A) cells lysate and human colon (B) tissue lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved via SDS-PAGE, and the subsequent blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of 10F6B12A9 (AAA72383) at 1ug/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1 hour was used, and proteins were detected by chemiluminescence.)
IF (Immunofluorescence)
(Immunofluorescence staining of Caco-2 cells with anti-Cytokeratin 20 antibody 10F6B12A9 . Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed Caco-2 cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, on Shi-fix™ coverslips stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of 10F6B12A9 (AAA72383) (1:100 dilution) for 1 hour followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1:1000 dilution), showing cytoplasmic and some nuclear staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show, from left to right, top to bottom, AAA72383, DAPI, merged channels, and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody followed by staining with Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.)
This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format for improved compatibility with existing reagents assays and techniques.

Product Notes
The KRT20 krt20 (Catalog #AAA72383) is an Antibody and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Cytokeratin 20 [10F6B12A9] reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Cytokeratin 20 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the KRT20 krt20 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Cytokeratin 20, Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
