Related Product Information for anti-IDH1 antibody
IDH1, also known as isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDHC) cytoplasmic enzyme, belongs to the isocitrate and isopropylmalate dehydrogenases family. This protein catalyzes the third step of the citric acid cycle, which involves the oxidative decarboxylation of isocitrate, forming alpha-ketoglutarate and CO2 in a two-step reaction. The first step involves the oxidation of isocitrate to the intermediate oxalosuccinate, while the second step involves the production of alpha-ketoglutarate. IDH1 is expressed in a wide range of species and also in organisms that lack a complete citric acid cycle.

Product Notes

The IDH1 idh1 (Catalog #AAA48220) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The IDH1 antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's IDH1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IF (Immunofluorescence), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), WB (Western Blot), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IDH1 idh1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IDH1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
