Immunogen
E Coli-derived human CD14 recombinant protein (Position: N65-D327). Human CD14 shares 69.8% and 66.8% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat CD14, respectively.
Reconstitution
Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.

The QC labs provides a series of assays reacted with primary antibodies. Antibody can be supported by chemiluminescence in WB, supported by in IHC-p.
Preparation and Storage
At -20 degree C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4 degree C for one month. It can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at -20 degree C for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
