Related Product Information for anti-MAPK10 antibody
JNK3 is a member of the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals, and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. This protein is a neuronal-specific form of c-Jun N-terminal kinases (JNKs). Through its phosphorylation and nuclear localization, this kinase plays regulatory roles in the signaling pathways during neuronal apoptosis. Beta-arrestin 2, a receptor-regulated MAP kinase scaffold protein, is found to interact with, and stimulate the phosphorylation of this kinase by MAP kinase kinase 4 (MKK4). Cyclin-dependent kinase 5 can phosphorylate and inhibit the activity of this kinase, which may be important in preventing neuronal apoptosis.

Product Notes

The MAPK10 mapk10 (Catalog #AAA287465) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 1-30. The MAPK10 Antibody (N-term) reacts with Human, mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MAPK10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), ELISA, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MAPK10 mapk10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MAPK10, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
