Rabbit Phospho-CDK7 (T170) Polyclonal Antibody | anti-CDK7 antibody
Phospho-CDK7 (T170) Antibody
IHC (Immunohistochemistry)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human canccer tissue reacted with the primary antbody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, which followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemisty; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC= Breast Carcinoma; HC= Hepatocarcinoma.)
DB (Dot Blot)
(Dot blot analysis of Phospho-Cdk7-T170 Pab on nitrocellulose membrane. 50ng of Phospho-peptide or Non Phospho-peptide per dot were adsorbed. Antibody working concentrations are 0.5ug per ml.)
WB (Western Blot)
(Western blot analysis of extracts from Hela and MCF-7 cells, untreated or lamda phosphatase-treated, using Phospho-CDK7(please inquire) Antibody (upper) or Beta-actin (lower).)
WB (Western Blot)
(Western blot analysis of lysates from NIH/3T3 cell line, untreated or treated with ? phosphatase, using 459667101(Cat. #AAA283874)(upper) or Tubulin (lower).)
WB (Western Blot)
(The CDK7-T170 Pab is used in Western blot to detect CDK7-T170 in Ramos tissue lysate.)
Background: The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the cyclin-dependent protein kinase (CDK) family. CDK family members are highly similar to the gene products of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cdc28, and Schizosaccharomyces pombe cdc2, and are known to be important regulators of cell cycle progression. This protein forms a trimeric complex with cyclin H and MAT1, which functions as a Cdk-activating kinase (CAK). It is an essential component of the transcription factor TFIIH, that is involved in transcription initiation and DNA repair. This protein is thought to serve as a direct link between the regulation of transcription and the cell cycle.

Product Notes
The CDK7 cdk7 (Catalog #AAA283874) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Phospho-CDK7 (T170) Antibody reacts with Human (Predicted Reactivity: Mouse) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Phospho-CDK7 (T170) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), ELISA, DB (Dot Blot), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CDK7 cdk7 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Phospho-CDK7 (T170), Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
