Related Product Information for anti-RFX1 antibody
RFX1 is a member of the regulatory factor X protein family, which are transcription factors that contain a highly-conserved winged helix DNA binding domain and the D region found in the C-terminal part of these proteins which facilitates dimerization (1,2). RFX1 is structurally related to regulatory factors X2, X3, X4, and X5 (3). RFX1 is a regulatory factor essential for MHC class II genes expression and can bind to an inverted repeat that is required for expression of hepatitis B virus genes (4). Recent study identifies RFX1 may play a tumor suppressor role in HCC as autophagy mediator (5).

Product Notes

The RFX1 rfx1 (Catalog #AAA40838) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RFX1 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RFX1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RFX1 rfx1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RFX1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
