Related Product Information for TNFAIP3 recombinant protein
Recombinant human TNFAIP3 (440-790 a.a.), or A20p37, was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal His tag. The TNFAIP3 gene accession number is NM_006290.
TNFAIP3 (Tumor necrosis factor alpha-induced protein 3) is a ubiquitin-editing enzyme that contains both ubiquitin ligase and deubiquitinase activities. The enzyme plays a role in immune and inflammatory responses of cytokines such as TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta, or pathogens via Toll-like receptors (TLRs) through inhibiting NFkB activity (1). TNFAIP3 has been found to be associated with rheumatoid arthritis (2).

Product Notes
The TNFAIP3 (Catalog #AAA74075) is a Recombinant Protein produced from Sf9 insect cells and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's TNFAIP3 (A20p37) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot), Activity Assay. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TNFAIP3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TNFAIP3 (A20p37), Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
